Kovar's Satori Academy of Martial Arts is the leading martial arts school in the greater Sacramento area with nine convenient locations. Kovars.com provides users interested in enrolling with information about the school's programs offered, school locations, and the ability to submit a request for enrollment. Kovars.com also provides resources for existing students such as information for each academy, fliers to supplement lessons, and videos to demonstrate curriculum.
We, Jeneric Designs, have redesigned two web sites for Kovar's Satori Academy over the years; both from concept to launch. The new and improved site gives users an enhanced UX/UI experience. It is fully responsive and boasts unique features tailored to the academy’s needs in both visual appeal and effortless site navigation.

Pho Saigon is a well-known restaurant that serves authentic Vietnamese dishes in Rocklin, California. The aim of their website was to showcase those dishes with a simple yet fully responsive site featuring a visual and descriptive menu.
The Pho Saigon site was designed with the connoisseur in mind. Using its simple two page navigation (Home & Menu), visitors can effortlessly navigate around the site. The Home page provides a brief visual presentation of the restaurant itself, the delicious food the restaurant serves, and a three tile block of customer reviews. The Menu page has a sidebar navigation, which is broken down into categories giving users a guide to the restaurant's appetizers, various types of entrees, and beverages.

From Scratch Creations is a start up catering and meal preparation business based out of Dallas, Texas. With long work hours or homework piling up, who has time to prepare a good ol’ homecooked meal? The mission of From Scratch Creations is to provide affordable and sustainable homestyle cooking for events and also for those who are too pressed for time to prepare meals. From Scratch Creations reached out to Jeneric Designs to create a logo fitting for an up-and-coming culinary artist.

Lime Life Poker (LLP) was a start up online poker site that commissioned Jeneric Designs to design their logo from concept to completion. The result is a logo with an overlapping three-dimensional typography. The font we used gave the logo a western saloon feel. On the base of the typography is a lime sliced into four pieces revealing poker chips inside the lime with the letters LLP at the center.

Verve lounge is Aptos's most popular neighborhood hot spot for the young at heart. In the early evenings, it's a great low key place to sip your favorite wine or martini on the outdoor patio. Around 10pm, the Verve Lounge transforms into a bar filled inside and out with exquisite decor, great dance music, and the hottest live blues music in the area.
Jeneric Designs was referred by a mutual acquaintance to give the age-old establishment a new face.

The California Army National Guard organizes, trains, and equips community-based land forces. In order, they mobilize to support state and/or federal authority. They are committed to improving, preparing and protecting our communities, state, and nation and they are a force like no other.
A CNG recruiter approached Jeneric Designs with the idea of creating a unique emblem for the guardsmen of California. We designed the insignia to incorporate the Guardsman and the state animal standing strong atop of the state of California. A star was added to represent sovereignty and a red stroke on the outer rim was added to signify courage.

Academic Talent Search (ATS) is a non-profit organization which is sponsored by California State University, Sacramento. ATS has an established tradition of providing educational experiences that are both mentally stimulating and fun. Over 1,600 students apply for ATS classes each summer. Since its founding in 1982, ATS has educated and inspired approximately 44,500 students.
Jeneric Designs worked with ATS to design their 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 catalogs from concept to print.

Gemsparx is an online wholesaler of exclusive diamonds and jewelry. They sell mall-loose diamonds, exotic jewelry, rose gold, rings, pendants, and necklaces.
Gemsparx commissioned Jeneric Designs to compose a poster featuring a WNBA basketball player showcasing her signature jewelry collection. Jeneric Designs headed the project from research to reveal. The poster is displayed on a bus shelter in front of the new Golden1 Center in downtown Sacramento.
